Tax Clearance Cert

    On 'my account' on the revenue website I've filled out the tax clearance part but when I go to look at it a pop up screen comes up and the first line is

    "We confirm that your tax affairs are in order, and you have been issued with a tax clearance certificate."

    it goes on to say "In order to confirm to a third party that you have a tax clearance certificate, you will need to provide them with your PPSN/tax reference number and the tax clearance access number below."

    I have provided all of the above to credit union but they have no idea how to access the cert. I can't find any actual copy of the cert on my account either, just that pop up screen every time. Even where it says (View/Print/Save) its just the pop again saying here's your access number, give it to a third party if they wish to view your cert.

    This is beyond frustrating. Can anyone point me in the right direction to either find the cert myself or for the credit union to view?
