Price Property Register

Is the price property register the purchase price? Contacted a agent and they said it is without vat etc.... The houses i asked about are a lot lower on the price property register than advertised.

For new builds its the ex-VAT price for 2nd hand its the full price. The entries say if they are inc or ex vat, new build or 2nd hand, and have a section to say if its not full market price (not that common). Also there are several website that show the PPR on them some work out the vat inclusive price for you so make sure your clicking into the entry and reading the details to understand.
