Is there a good resource for accessing up-to-date detailed sales data of properties in Dublin/Ireland, preferably in a nice structured format: eg. csv. I would like to run some data analysis but I can't find very comprehensive data from an initial google just now.

Search for the 'The Pretty Charts' thread on propertypin.com. Someone has already collated a lot of this data from Daft, MyHome, and the CSO into spreadsheets and charts. Their work is available in open source on GitHub I believe.
