Broadband device usage monitor

Hi

I have broadband with imagine. I want to monitor my usage and see what each device connected to the routher is using each day. Anyone know if it's possible with out individual apps on each device.

According to imagine if we hit 20G in a day, the system downgrades our speeds for the rest of the evening. 20G is enough but something seems to be eating into our 20G and I cant figure out which device is the culprit.

I'm using Google Wifi (now Google Nest) router - allows me to view usage graphs realtime or over 1 day, 7 day or 30 day periods. You can also give devices meaningful names, pause individual or groups of devices etc. All from a simple phone app and can be used remotely as all the data is cloud based. There will be other similar routers I'm sure. Even though i'm a networking nerd, I've settled on this as the easiest solution.

Think they're retailing at around €160 atm. I have 3 in a mesh configuration covering house and garage.
