    Was cycling to catch a train yesterday. Buckled my rear wheel after hitting a pot hole. Lots of lose spokes.

    Had intended to cycle home from Athlone but wheel was in no state for that.

    Rang Buckley’s in Athlone. Were closed.

    Emailed them and explained things. Got a reply straight away. Dropped the wheel off at 9 and picked it up at 9:30 despite them been down a mechanic and flat out.

    A great service for a blow in.

    Bike shops are making hay at the moment so fair play. They may not always be the cheapest but you can’t beat that level of service.
