Free to return is an odd phrase - have you seen the extra conditions and recommendations for Covid? Getting people to sit an online course, pre-event questionnaires, temperature screening, social distancing of spectators, making sure riders don't congregate at the start line...

I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of race organisers decide it isn't worth it and pray we get back to normality in 2021.
