Pure Telecom blocking IPTV?

Last night my Android box iptv stopped working. All channels BBC ITV RTE etc.
Netflix and Prime are still working fine
I rang Pure Telecom and they said they don't block IPTV, I only switched to them last week
Still the same this evening so I tried using a hotspot on my phone 3 is the phone network, it worked ok, a bit jittery but I'm putting that down to bad signal.
I then tried a VPN and it worked spot on, a little slow to change channels.
Before I get on and cancel my contact, could there be any other cause?

I don't think they do, they're not mentioned in the court order to block it

True but I was with eir up to last week and never had a problem. Also the ban is for sky only so shouldn't affect my BBC and ITV.
I just wondering if anything else could cause it.
