Enforce EU judgement in northern ireland

I (from south of the border) recently won a European small claims court case against a Northern Irish car dealer. I got this issued to me from my local (ROI district court) They have not paid the funds within the 14 days on the judgement. Last week I also got a solicitor I know to send a formal letter on my behalf requesting payment within 7 days or or 'a creditors winding down application' and receiver will be appointed. Still no response or action taken. The actual amount they owe me is you could say only €500 but it is the level of lies, messing me around and sheer ignorance that go against my own principles and hence I want to fight them for it.

Is the EJO in Belfast the only channel I now have to enforce the judgement, I cannot get talking to anybody there who can advice me if they are right or not and I don't want to pay another £25 and go through more filling in forms if it is all just a powerless exercise. From this all started off way before submitting the EU small claims, I have struggled at all levels to get advice from either citizen advice, ECC Ireland or the free legal aid so any feedback/suggestion or personal experience of similar cross border experience is much welcomed.

I would happily hire a private debt collector/bailiff (like the ones you see on the english TV channels) to go in and scare the s**t out of their smugness but either way I go it will actually cost me money. Thanks.

    Doesn't Brexit change all this?

The UK is still in the transition period so EU rules apply.
