    I visit Galway regularly especially in Summer when the town is so busy. I walked through Shop street etc yesterday. Dispiriting compared to previous visits. many shops closed, small shops with one customer inside asking other potential customers to queue etc., nervous shoppers. A great pity to see Galway losing its buzz, hope it recovers quickly!!!!!

    In a Business perspective, bought my GoPro and Toshiba b10 camcorder there.

    Bought some quality cloths from different small shops there as well, at reasonable price.
    Almost forgot, there's a restaurant between the private and bus eireann bus station there, very very nice staff.
