Hope this is the right place for this.

Anyone know when the bandwith restrictions are supposed to be lifted to allow full 4k streaming on Prime, Netflix & Disney+??

I believe they were lifted today in the UK

It was a voluntary move by the service providers and so it’s lifting is entirely at the discretion of the service providers. Apparently Disney+ at least has already done so.

On Netflix, you can flip your streaming quality from auto to high and its back at full bandwidth.

    Netflix:
4K (non HDR) seems to be up to ~11Mb
    4K HDR back to ~15Mb

    Prime:
Never noticed a reduction to be honest!

    Apple TV+:
    Back at >20Mb for 4K

    Disney+:
Not sure what it should be ordinarily as they launched at reduced resolution/bitrate from day 1 in Europe.
