    HI all.

Quick question. If I buy an international SIM from Vodafone prepaid for 60 days for New Zealand does it come with a New Zealand number.

If not is there a way I could get my hands on a New Zealand number whilst being in Ireland?

If you buy a sim from New Zealand then yes it will have a New Zealand number.

What do you need to do with it?
Does it need to be a mobile number?

Thanks Davy. Can it be activated in Ireland. I need a number prior to heading over.

Vodafone NZ let you choose your mobile number when buying a SIM.

Could you order the card and get sent to a friend etc down (assuming they won't send abroad), you'll know the number in advance.

Is it possible to get an e sim in New Zealand from any of the providers?
I may be heading down to NZ in a few months(hopefully) and I may change my phone to a dual sim or dual with esim prior to the move.

Vodafone have a shop in arrivals at Auckland Airport that sell handsets, WiFi dongles and SIM cards if that's what you need.

If you want one posted here before you leave, most operators normally will only send to a NZ address.
