Canada travel restrictions

Was hoping to book flights to Canada , I see airlines are taking bookings, however, it seems that Canada still arent allowing travellers across their border. Curious as to why the airlines are still selling tickets? Anyone know when the restrictions there might be lifted?

Presuming the flights are to allow Canadian citizens to travel home and also for freight. (Many commercial airlines also take freight)

Canada is on the list of non-EU countries to be allowed in to the EU assuming reciprocity come July 1st once agreed by EU ministers.
