We have an E2 BER rated home and while we are doing some works to it (new windows, attic insulation), we plan to get it rewired & replumbed in 2-3 years time along with an extension. However, reading the NZEB, does it mean that in order to get an extension we would need to bring the whole house up to a B2?? House approx…

House approx 115sqm incl garage.
