What type of spider is this?

    So I took this photo of this spider in my hall and wondered if anyone knows what type it is? Also is it sitting on eggs? A few days ago it was only the spider. Sorry for the poor quality of the photo.

    Looks like a cardinal spider spider to me but srameen or another experienced member will know for sure
