GTX1660 display port suddenly stopped working

    Hi all, as per title i have an MSI GTX1660 that is a few months old. It feeds two screens one via HDMI and one VGA via a displayport to VGA converter all was working well until this week.
    Machine froze when i went to restart it wouldn't boot.
    Took a clear cmos to get it up and running.
    But no picture on the vga monitor HDMI is fine.
    Clean driver install. Did unplug the monitor etc.
    Windows just won't detect it.
    Faulty card? Some bios setting i have missed after reset?
    For the gurus. What would you do to troubleshoot that i have missed?
