Sharjah could be absolutely chucked in here off his current rating 92 contesting his first flat race for some time after having a great season over hurdles but my eye is drawn to Legal Spin further down the weights, just beaten off 84 here this time last year albeit in a weaker contest . Runs well fresh. Ground trip fine would have preferred to see a few quid for it but 25/1 4 places looks worth the risk off 3lb lower than last seasons debut. Mullins is mob handed so wouldn't be surprised one of his win this

If Ryan Moore had ridden that fav there people would be absolutely lambasting him.

No Heffernans ride in the first at the curragh. Got boxed in on the rail and tried going for a gap you wouldn't get a toothpick through. Nearly caused carnage.

It was absolutely reckless stuff. Dangerous riding and should be getting a ban for it imo.

I backed Alfredo Arcano here in the Rockingham. Think he is on a very winnable mark and I'm sure he'd be able to win off this mark. But perhaps not in this race. Couldn't leave him unbaked though at 75 on BF.

    That was a cracking race.

if you watch the race back, the winner edged off the rail as Seamie went for the gap. Could not blame Seamie for that whatsoever..

I watched the replay about half a dozen times tbh and I disagree with you on it. The gap was not there and if anything it was her stable mate that closed the small gap that was there. The winner was the straightest of the lot at the front if you look at the rail and also the grass marks she never budges off line. If you go that route and the gap doesn't open enough you stay put. It was a 2yo maiden and she will have learned nothing from that experience getting pollaxed to go through a non existent gap.

Last 2 races at the Curragh are my cup of tea.
5.15 Sheisdiesel is better known as an all weather performer but was running well last time before running into trouble and then getting eased. She's on a workable mark, Keane booked today and a nice price.
5.45 Presto, heavily punted last time after being off since October, travelled into it lovely before a combination of getting a bump and the lack of a prep also I suspect caught up on him. Good apprentice on board to claim and I'll be disappointed if not at least placed.
