HAP requirments for the house/landlord

Hey, what are the requirments for a house that's rented with the by a person who's receiving HAP?

I'm looking into getting on the social housing list and in the case my application is accepted I'd receive HAP payments for the room I'm currently renting until they find me a suitable home.

I hear inspectors come to check on the house I'm renting? What do they check on? I'm scared it won't meet the requirments and that many upgrades would have to be done on the house, and that I'd have to move house.

Would love to find out what the requirements for places rented with HAP are.
