My brother who is 19 has a condition called Crohns disease and I help him a lot with a lot of things such as him going up the stairs, shower, etc..... he has had surgery to resect a bit of his intestine and hence the reason he requires a lot of help with lifting, walking,…

I was wondering, am I eligible for Carers Allowance? He's getting Disability Allowance for his condition, himself.
