There are a good few upmarket barbers in Dublin , Sams and The grooming rooms to name just two. Do the people that work in these establishments receive superior training compared to the 10-15 euro a haircut barber ? I booked a haircut and hot towel shave in Sams in a few weeks time. Its costing me a total of 75 euro. Is this a rip off or a fair price. I know the grooming rooms wont be much cheaper
