    Hi,

Story is. My father died last year and before he passed he stated that he had more than enough money left aside to cover all post death costs such as funeral, legal etc.
The bills have started to come in and my mother has stated that he left nothing and there is no funds available to cover costs and it must be split between all is children.
None of us believe this is the case. She has previous when it comes to family matters like this.
She is the executioner of the will which makes matters worse.
The cost is only a minor part of this. The emotional stress this is causing is the main issue.
We would like definitive answers. She has refused to show proof etc that there were no funds.i.e bank statements etc.

From a legal standpoint is there anything we can do to get the truth. It's the not knowing is the issue. My father was an honest and hard working man and a man of his word. I
    Thanks
