Emailed them told them not to auto renew and guess what.....

Main issue is you cant talk to anyone. They give a number to txt them and if you hit it the line goes dead and you are left with an email address that already didnt work for me when I told them the first time I didnt want the insurance.

    anyone having similar issues

    Strange.
I would ask for new car quote and then ask agent to get it transferred to travel dept..Yes the are chancers all right.
I will never use them as a broker again

I wanted to cancel my Travel insurance. Phone said it wasn't handling Travel queries and webchat gave the same number to ring that it said wasn't handling queries. I e-mailed them and got a reply the next day. Had my refund a few days later.

    Email was: service@theaa.ie

i used chat to cancel recently my car insurance via web chat on theaa website, one needs to go into contact then pick whatever query and ask for transfer, took forever to get trough, cheeky c^nts all together gave me fair quote, when simply looking online got 500 with almost anyone less. Plus they just piggy back off aviva, not sure how they operate if theres issues but hope never will need to.
