Hi, I received a new debit card from my bank because the old one is expiring this month. Should I give the new card details to Electric Ireland? The IBAN didn't change. Thanks

    Hi paula.medici,

Thank you for getting in touch.

There is no need to provide your bank card details if you have a direct debit with Electric Ireland as these are set up with the IBAN rather than the bank card.

However, customers who use their cards to make payment through their Online Billing account or Pay As You Go account will need to update these online.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Kind regards,
    Aoife
