    I’m looking for some urgent help please.

    My son and his girlfriend booked and paid for a holiday to Tenerife for August. He now can’t travel due to work commitments and he has no travel insurance. It’s a non refundable holiday so rather than leaving them down almost 2k down his mother and I said we’d buy the holiday from Kim and go if the air bridges are in operation. Does anyone know if this is possible. He’s willing to pay the cost of a name change the flights are with Ryanair and hotel was also booked with loveholidays.

    Yeah log in to his booking with Ryanair and change the names and pay the cost

    Contact the hotel and advise change of guest names
