A decent 2nd hand town bike - cheaper in Dublin or outside?

No idea bike costs in Dublin. Say I lived in, Longford - would I expect to pick up a cheaper bike there than Dublin? Anyone know of any decent cheap 2nd hand bike shops in Dublin I could pick up a town bike for 100 to 150 or so?

With the covid bike rush the second hand market isnt really good anywhere, so if you find something anywhere just go for it.
Although come when a vaccine is found and people stop cycling the used market is going to be littered with bargains
