Are there flights from America arriving here? Trying to get my sister home asap. Would it be better for her to get a flight to london then to Dublin?? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Heard someone talking on the radio today and he said that there is usually 3 flights landing daily from the US. He also said some of these could be repatriation reasons as well as cargo. Hope she gets sorted.
