    Hello After Hours,

Street noise, not sleeping and it's driving me mad.

    I've tried:
    - heavy dark curtains
    - wax ear plugs (keep falling out)

Can anyone recommend any good ideas that work for you?

    Tks 😊

There could be a full war going on outside my house and I'd sleep perfectly fine

Select white noise on YouTube and off you go...

Yep! It'll get you to sleep. Even if you have to wake to take it off, it gets the proverbial ball rolling.

So.... either that, or a wallop of a 2 by 4 will sort you.

There are some breathing techniques that help.Takes a bit of practice but worth trying.

    Should be plenty on YouTube.

Could you leave it on all night? It's staying asleep is the problem, street noise starts at 5am

I had another thread last night on this, feel your pain! Seemed to be a lot of good suggestions - I can’t link it as I’m on my phone but the thread title if you want to search it was along the lines of “solutions for sleeping in this humidity”
