    Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can provide an idea of costs for the below? if possible estimates separately. found a few posts from back in 2013/2014 so not sure (doubtful) those price estimates would be valid anymore

    • removing a load bearing wall between kitchen and dining room (one radiator and some electrics)
    • closing up the existing back door
    • putting in double door (replacing window area) in dining room
    • moving front door in line with front of the house (essentially extending out the hall)
    • converting current downstairs boiler room into a downstairs WC (I am guessing the boiler would need to be moved slightly to the under stair space)
