Scam call claiming to be Electric Ireland

i recently got a call from a very foreign sounding woman from a mobile number, claiming to work for Electric Ireland, about my account. when i Googled the number it came up as a possible scam from either India or China. anyone else experience this.?. I have blocked this number.

Do you have the telephone number still? And did the caller say anything further in addition to advising that they were contacting you about your account?
