I’m looking to build a shed out the back of my property roughly 40m2. This exceeds the 25m2. Is there any way I can get around not going the planning permission route? If not, is there much hassle getting planning or what criteria do I need to meet to get planning

Yes., very easy to get around this planning issue.

    Build to 25 Sq. M. :)

Otherwise it’s a straight forward planning application. I recently got permission for a 55 Sq. M garage/shed out the back of a clients house.

Other than the standard waiting time for planning to be processed there’s no complications.

What do I need to do? Do I have to submit plans? How much does all this cost?

All the usual planning documents x6 copies etc

Based in Laois. Jesus there’s an awful lot to do to build a simple square shed. How much does the above cost?

Best to get 3 quotes from local planning agents.
No point tell you the costs here as I’m in Dublin.
