iphoneX Problem

    just got this and wont switch on and comes up with the red battery on screen when plug in charger, charged for 2 hours and not switch on, im getting the flashing apple reboot logo on screen now but wont switch on. i tried roboot by pressing vol up/down and then holding the power button in but still nothing coming on

    Do you have another device to confirm the charger is working?

    If so, then try recovery mode.

    charger working, is recovery mode the same as i said above?

    i put it on wireless charger and red battery coming up now again
