My 2008 Zafira B 1.6 petrol, started to run a bit rough and the engine management light came on, so hooked up opcom and P0354 - Ignition Coil Cylinder 4 Circuit Malfunction (00) - Present code came up, so then cleared code and took for a drive, engine management light came up again, but every now and then a warning light of a car with spanner over it would go on then out, what is the next course if action?
(ps had full service at Opel last month, car hardly driven since with restrictions)

Replace ignition coil and spark plugs.

Original GM one is made by Delphi so a Delphi one one from the motor factors will do.

The spark plugs were replaced 4 weeks ago by Opel, what i did tonight was swap the spark plugs around then cleared fault code ,will drive it tomorrow and wait for the engine management light to come and then check fault code again and see if its changed from cylinder 4 to 3 ,if its still 4 take it its not the spark plugs, just replace coil? if that makes sense.

will look out for Delphi Coil.

You can remove the coil leads from the coil and check the contacts for corrosion.

There is a little spring in there so don't lose it.

I thought a 2008 car would have individual coil packs on each cylinder.

Zafira B would have one large coil pack that sits over the 4 plugs.

What I'm calling a lead is basically just the piece of rubber that sits onto the plugs.
