Locating oil boiler outside

Hi I'm thinking of placing an outdoor cabinet condenser oil boiler beside the wall of the house, (traditional double wall and cavity). Is it allowed up beside the wall or how far out from the wall must it be?
Any comment or advice welcome. Thanks.

It can be placed right against the wall. There are regulations about flues and condensate drains, but these aren't onerous.

Please follow site and charter rules. "Resistance is futile"

Great, I did a bit of searching but couldn't find anything saying it had to be away. So many thanks for clarifying that.
