My car tyres need a top up with air. Drove to 3 local places and all broke or leaking air etc

I have a floor pump for my bicycle which has a Little window to show the pressure.

I presume topping up your car tyres with a floor pump is no issue?

No issue but a lot of work. You can get a 12V compressor in most motor factors, Argos and I think I've seen them in Tesco.

As you have have discovered getting air in petrol stations is difficult or expensive so a 12V compressor is a good investment.

Also because it will inflate a slow puncture and get you home!

Thanks. To do a simple ‘top up’ with a floor pump wouldn’t be an awful lot of effort. Maybe something like 2 Mins pumping per tyre?
