    Hi all,

But of advice needed. We're looking at buying a new build SIP construction house.
We've had a walk through and Ive noticed internally a few hairline cracks around the windows.
I'm not overly concerned about them.
One crack in the bathroom I am concerned.
I'm not overly familiar with SIP construction so I've asked the estate agent to get the asbuilt drawings.
If the wall is all one panel, I can't understand why there's a vertical crack.

    Is it the plasterboard?

    Anyone any ideas?
    Thanks in advance
