I have a good limosuin heifer 15 months old 450 kg that i havent seen bulling.
Shes not in calf or not a twin. A neighbour is interested in buying her to breed. Is it possible she may never cycle

I've had heifers I didn't see in heat and then didn't see the bull serve but they've come in calf. Then I've also had heifers do neither and when the Vet checked they had problems that prevented them from cycling.

It's his risk if he buys the heifer but scanning her to see if there's a problem would be a good idea. Some are easily fixed while others can't be.

When it’s to a neighbour. I’d get vet to scan her.

Personally I wouldn't worry about her.
A lot of them at that age still wouldn't have started to cycle yet.
    She's a good weight.
Let us know how you get on if you do scan

Interesting to see how this plays out. Last year we picked out a group of heifers to bull. One we never saw standing. Put green paint on them all here was undisturbed. Put a few of them on a programme and although she wasn’t standing we threw an AA straw in her then they all went to the lim bull. She calved an AA bull calf with the paint still in tact! Sometimes there’s silent heats or there’s more going on than you notice. Would you explain to your neighbour that you didn’t see any activity from her and he has the choice then to do what he thinks?

+1 on this if you're going to sell at home for peace of mind. Personally I'd tell the neighbor I was going to the mart with her on such a day and let him make up his own mind after that. I'm wary of buying or selling at home to neighbors because if it goes wrong you'll never hear the end of it.

If shes close to pure breed than she might be like many of the pure breeds that tend to be late coming into season. Its not unheard of that some of them are 3 year old before going in calf.
I usually stick with 50% cross Limousine or Whitehead bred from British Frisian. The biggest problem with those type is stopping them going incalf at yearlings.

So the heifer is on her own at the moment as I dont want the bulls getting at her. She is standing at the gate roaring all day and has a foot of slime out of her so I presume shes well and truly cycling today.
