    Do you know what kind of paint it is and how long it's on the car? Gloss would be worst.

    You might get away with some wipes if it's not too bad...

    If emulsion is use my nail with warm soapy water, should lift easy

    It's a water based dulux weathershield.Its on a few weeks and was at car wash but still there.

    Rubbing compound or t cut should take it off

    As a painter I regularly get fits/ splashes of it,warm water on first ( lots) fairy liquid & soft damp( not wet) cloth,I use my fingenail through the cloth( circular motion)
