Paddy Power Phone service

    Tried ringing PP phone service a few times this week....have given up on 2 occasions after been ten minutes on hold.....is this more cost cutting by Paddy powers ....as it happens its saved me 60 euro as the 3 10 each way bets all lost i was trying to do.

    I'll tell you a good one about another firm, known for their red colour.
    I had a few quid on a horse that won last night, I took13/8 but finished 11/4. Bet settled as a 13/8 winner.
    Contacted livechat and was on for 20minutes+ by the end of the conversation I was informed the bet had been settled at b.o.g. Went out and checked, still settled 13/8, I can only assume the person was thinking 13/8 was bigger than 11/4.
    Got onto livechat again. Another 20+ minutes but got someone who knew what they were doing and got it sent off to be resettled, not so bad. So left that chat and went out to see the bet had been resettled to win 1 euro. The stake was quite a bit more than that needless to say.

    So onto livechat again, this time they sent it off and asked me to wait, 20 minutes later they informed me they had made contact with the relevant people but still haven't heard a reply so couldn't comment further.
    Went on this morning, on for 20+ minutes again, eventually I gave up.
    Was ready to go back on and have another go about 2 hours later but it decided to settle then correctly. What an outfit. :pac:

    Customer service obviously isn’t something the bookmakers care about ... I reckon powers must be closing down their dial a bet operation .
