    have 2009 estate b6 1.9 105cv....
Month a go On cold start i felt vibrations until i pressed the gas pedal or clutch.and when car was decelerating thourgh engine it was producing rattling sound...it appeared in spawn of 2 days....i went to indy and was diagnosed with dmf failure....

Long story short ...800e... clutch...dmf...droplinks and labor.

    Now the question...

Now after just 4 weeks the car has developed vibrations when clutch is pressed that can be felt on clutch pedal only....
when accelerating hard and i let my feet on clutch i can feel the hard vibration
... the clutch doesnt have to be fully pressed.... just tip and one can feel it....the same when changing gear and i have little gas still on.... untill engine falls in low rpm i can feel something like shaking...

Is this normal? I have never ever replaced clutch or dmf before so i am asking....

I have reciept and all...garage saying thats grand...but didnt even took it for spin...i will be going back...but need some opinions...

I dont wanna fire up....but should you feel vibrations on clutch while pressed in gear? Or as i said while accelerating?

    Note i drive 130km a day 5 days a week...mostly on 100km/h road...very little town driving...

From 4 weeks i have the new dmf and clutch 2 weeks ithe car had no use...as i was on leave...and with the restrictions i wasnt driving it...

    Any help appreciated

I wonder did it get a new single mass flywheel instead of a new dual mass.

The new single mass will last longer but at the expense of more vibrations than a new dmf.

Only guessing really but that might explain it.

Dmf they said....for sure...as they asked me if i wanna go cheap.... i said i wanna go stock as it was so they said 800e total for dmf specifically....aka clutch included and droplinks..

maybe they did go cheap, at least for themselves...

I'd be bringing it back to them to have it looked at, it's possible that it could have been fitted with a faulty part out of the box.

So basically the vibrations are not right....and it should be changed and it would notnset down.

Could be a worn engine mount still letting some vibration through.

Its only vibration on clutch pedal...nobody else can feel it in the car.....driver only

    Garage saying its normal.....

Even before they replaced the dmf it wasnt present.

    So long story short...

Are vibrations through clutch pedal normal when car under load? The higher rpm the worse the vibrations....
