Experience with getting wisdom teeth removed?

I'm scheduled for a wisdom tooth extraction in mid-July either at my dentists office or at the Beacon Hospital.here is a form that he gave me which I scanned that outlines what it entails. I'm wondering if anyone who has had both extracted can comment on what the procedure is like?
