The pressure in the parking brake dissipates over time. If the aircraft has been parked up for some time (more than likely), then the brakes wouldn’t have held the aircraft once chocks were removed in a decent wind or on a slope. Could be the cause, regularly catches crews / handlers / maintenance out.
