Mould patch on wall

I have a mould patch on the bedroom wall where it meets the skirting. On the opposite side of this wall, on the outside, is a door with a junction box behind it for the fibre broadband. Should I insulate behind this door as best I can with fibre glass? - I have some left over from a previous job. I've attached pictures. Any other advice?

There was a wardrobe in front of that patch and the bedroom is ensuite which wouldn't help the situation.

    Thanks,
    Barra
