As the title says I think I missed a heat. Was away today. Dad reckoned he seen her mounting for a few mins this morning when he was moving them but nothing since. It's the last on to AI so don't want to wait 21 days. What's the best option. Injection or cidr

They'd often mount when moving....wouldn't class it as a missed heat

Wouldn't do anything and keep observing....stick in s shot of tail paint

If she was mounting another cow, would you not consider that more a pre-heat sign? Perhaps she will be ready for bulling these next few days.

I like to see them in standing heat and then AI 12 hours later. Scanned my first bunch that were over 30 days bulled and all held so seems to be doing he trick.

Not around today again. Could I inject with a bulling injection in the coming days

She’s over 60 days, could be silent heat that was missed
Give 2ml Estrumate and watch closely
She could be low in iodine and not cycling
