    Thanks

    looks like a mikrotik sxt,
basically a directional wifi antenna, typically used by fixed wireless providers but sometimes used for p2p links to send receive wifi in 2 locations with one connection

thanks all. so in a small housing estate, could it be for providing wifi to all the houses, or a provider selling wifi?

It just connects the house to a wireless internet service provider.
