Would new cubicles qualify for a TAMs grant?

Not they are replacing the old ones rather than adding a Fiona’s cubicles. The old ones are in bad condition, some gone, some partially broken, a nuisance.

Anyone have guide prices for cubicles?

    No grant on cubicles.
About 120e per space after vat for cubicle, mat and concrete

That’s cheaper than I expected. No concrete or mat needed.

Just supply and fit of the metal work.

Ah you'll be fine so. Wouldnt be too worried about a grant on something that should last at least 30 years
Did 100 cow tank here in 2018 and 120 cubicles with no grant and going alright without it

What sort of mat can you get for that price? (cubicle and mat for €120)

Do any of the engineering companies that make these cubicles do a “supply and fit”

Last builder here reckoned that nobody put in grant spec tanks or shed. It made the job too expensive.

In your opinion what size tank would you want for 70 cows? Say depth length and width

Would any of the engineering firms that supply cubicles also fit them? Or do they just supply usually.

There are loads of grant jobs going on at the minute around the country. Every job is different. You have to do your costings yourself and not be listening to others. Especially builders. They usually want the easy way out.
Have a grant job near finished and it’ll come in way cheaper than non grant spec and a better job at that.

Depends on the job , spec on some of them is ridiculous. My first job I contracted it out , looking back it was crap what I let him off with . Anyway never gave bit of trouble built on worst possible ground .
Pouring 20 inch walls for adjoining tanks is utter waste amount of steel isn’t much better .
