Anyone every convert an adult hybrid to a trike. The hybrid is a Trek. Is there conversion kits available?

There are kits available. Don't know if you'd get them here in Ireland

If you're thinking of changing it to a trike for stability/balance issues I hope I'm not making an offensive assumption?), another option is oversized stabilisers; readily available online to suit bikes up to 700c wheels; I've fitted a few sets to adult bikes for people with special needs who had balance issues and just needed the extra confidence that the stabilisers provide.

I'll do better than that. I have a barely used set that you can have for free; just cover the cost of postage.

Alternatively, I'm based in Waterford, so if you aren't too far away, I can meet you and hand them to you in a socially-distant compliant manner.

PM me your contact details and I'll get pics.

    Paul.
