Hi all, I use Windows fax and scan in work to send e mails of scans. It won’t send on the master computer but it also doesn’t come up with an error message so it looks like the e mail is gone. It works fine on the space computer .
Any ideas how to sort this as it is really time consuming saving the scan and then having to send it by attaching to an e mail
    TIA

Open outlook on the computer it's not working on and see if it is set up. It may pull in your mailbox automatically depending on what way it was setup by the company.

Also check that outlook is set as the default email app. To do this type default email into the start menu.
