Planning approved - next steps?

    so i got planning approved finally and in my head my next steps will be;

    1. chose engineer/project manager/certifier (can this be the same person?)
    2. construction drawings done up
    3. go to tender, choose builder, get price
    4. get mortgage
    5. make sure all paperwork, notices, insurance etc is in order
    6. shovel in ground

    is there anything major i'm missing and/or is that list in the right order?
