Covid 19 payment and annual holidays

    My employer is currently signed up to the covid 19 scheme, we get 350 from the state and the company tops up with another 20%. We are going to on annual holidays in the first few weeks of august whilst still on the covid 19 payment, are we still obliged to use up our own holidays for those two weeks.

    as far as I know, yes. you are still getting paid in full (just the government are now paying a %); so your annual leave is as normal
