My eircom email address has been hacked

My eircom email addresd got hacked on may 30. I have tried to reset my password but still could not log in. Now i get a message that my email address does not exist. I have tried calling eircom - cannot get through, chat service is not available, i have sent email to wmsupport but have not received any answer, can someone help or give suggestions please?

Xavier Niel didn't become a billionaire for dishing out free stuff. Personally I would rather spend the time changing my email address to a free one. Expect more like this from Eir.
