Separating iCloud Accounts

    My wife got a new work phone (xr) and when setting it up she used her personal AppleID (which she has on her iPhone SE).

    Her IT guy then said to use her work email (bit late) so she signed in using her work email. Now the two accounts seem to be merged.

    I'd tried everything to separate them, but even though calls and message go to the right phones. The AppleIDs still seem to be tied.

    (It's actually now just unrecognised her personal applieID!!) like the new one has overwritten.

    Is there some obvious trick I'm missing??

    it's stupid :confused::mad:

    What do you mean tied?

    I am guessing that while she logged her Apple ID out of iCloud, it's still logged into the App/iTunes Store. You can log out in Settings > iTunes & App Store. Apps may need to be deleted and re-downloaded using the new ID.
